Bringing about positive personal change
Since 2008, we have been working in partnership with F4H charity to deliver a residential course for ex-service personnel. This is an example of the type of programme our team can deliver in this field.
The aim of the programme is to help serving members & veterans of the armed forces of all ranks to manage the dramatic change in cultures that occurs when they return to civilian life. The purpose is to enhance self-esteem & confidence helping people make the physical and emotional adjustments required to successfully reintegrate into civilian life.
The residential course is built around three key principles: learn from the past, live in the present, plan for your future. The key aspects of the course are: finding out more about yourself, planning your life – setting & achieving a personal goal, finding a purpose, understanding the process of change and making a personal commitment to the future.
At the conclusion of the F4H course the participants will have:
- Earned a certificate for completing this course which is accredited by Institute of Leadership and Management
- Re-energized and awoken their personal qualities and skills whilst learning new strategies for managing the change in their lives
- Completed a personal development plan with a mentor who is available post-course to provide continuing support
This specific course is FREE to qualifying service personnel, if you’d like to find out more and register for a course, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
